Today we operate as an SEC-registered investment adviser, applying institutional standards — segregated custody, fiduciary governance, and white-glove service — to a new asset class. We're preparing to become a public company: audited, regulated, and accountable to the market.
More than 25 investors have backed Abra since 2014, among them American Express Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, and First Round Capital.
