Jurisdictional Availability
September 2026
Abra availability is set product by product and jurisdiction by jurisdiction, so a service can be offered in one place and not another. Abra is the Abra Financial Holdings, Inc. group of companies, and each service is provided by the Abra entity identified in the applicable agreement and subject to the registrations, licences or other regulatory requirements applicable to that service each service is provided by the Abra entity that holds the registration or licence for it; advisory services are provided by Abra Capital Management, LP, an SEC-registered investment adviser. US and non-US clients are served under separate terms of service. Where a location is not confirmed, treat the service as unavailable.
Key takeaways
- Abra means Abra Financial Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries; which Abra entity provides a service depends on the product and your jurisdiction, and your agreement names it. Advisory services come from Abra Capital Management, LP, an SEC-registered investment adviser.
- Availability depends on where you live, the product's legal structure and the licensing, securities and sanctions rules that apply there (U.S. Dep't of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Basic Information on OFAC and Sanctions, FAQ 11); advisory services, yield strategies and lending are assessed separately.
- Residency is determined by your primary address at onboarding, and US clients and non-US clients are served under different terms of service.
- Where a jurisdiction is not confirmed as available, treat the service as unavailable and ask Abra to confirm before applying; if anything on this page conflicts with your client agreement, the agreement controls.
Where is Abra available, and how is availability determined?
Abra is the group of companies owned by Abra Financial Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which offers custody, trading, yield, lending and advisory services (Abra Financial Holdings, Inc. / New Providence Acquisition Corp. III, press release filed as Exhibit 99.1 to Form 8-K, SEC EDGAR, March 16, 2026; Business Combination Agreement dated as of March 16, 2026, filed as Exhibit 2.1 to Form 8-K, SEC EDGAR). Those services are not all provided by the same company. Each service is provided by the Abra entity identified in the applicable agreement and subject to the registrations, licences or other regulatory requirements applicable to that service. Each is provided by the Abra entity that holds the registration, licence or permission it needs, and that entity is named in the agreement you sign. Advisory services are provided by Abra Capital Management, LP, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Whether a given product can be offered to you depends on where you live, the product's structure, and the licensing and registration rules that apply to the Abra entity providing it in that place. Advisory services, yield strategies and crypto-backed lending are treated separately, so a product can be available in one jurisdiction and not in another, or one product can be available where another is not. Residency is determined by your primary address at onboarding.
Outside the United States, some services can be offered to residents of certain jurisdictions under the terms of service that apply to non-US clients; others are US only. Eligibility may also depend on investor classification in your home jurisdiction (SEC, “Accredited Investor” (Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation), sec.gov; FCA Handbook COBS 3.5.3R (elective professional clients)). Abra does not offer products or services to residents of jurisdictions where doing so would breach sanctions, licensing or securities rules (U.S. Dep't of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Basic Information on OFAC and Sanctions, FAQ 11). Residents of a restricted jurisdiction cannot open an account, and an existing client who moves to one may be asked to close positions in an orderly way under the terms of their agreement. Restrictions can be added without notice where required by law (OFAC, Basic Information on OFAC and Sanctions, FAQ 11).
This page is reviewed by compliance whenever a status changes, and the date of the last review appears at the foot of the page. A jurisdiction that is not confirmed here as available should be treated as unavailable until Abra confirms it in writing. If your state or country is not confirmed, contact Abra with your location and the product you are interested in before submitting an application. If anything on this page conflicts with your client agreement, the agreement controls.

Which terms of service apply to me?
Two sets of terms govern Abra accounts, and which one applies follows from your residency. Clients whose primary address is in the United States are served under the US terms of service. Clients outside the United States, in jurisdictions where Abra can serve them, are served under the non-US terms of service. The general terms of service page points to both, and the Privacy Policy applies to every client regardless of location. The agreement text on those pages is the agreement; this page does not restate or summarize its terms. Each agreement identifies the Abra entity you are contracting with for that service, so a client who uses more than one Abra product may hold agreements with more than one Abra company.
For advisory clients, the advisory agreement with Abra Capital Management, LP and the firm's Form ADV, linked from the Disclosures page and public on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database, describe the services, fees, conflicts of interest and risks (SEC Office of Investor Education and Advocacy, Investor Bulletin: Form ADV – Investment Adviser Brochure and Brochure Supplement (updated Aug. 27, 2020); SEC, Frequently Asked Questions on Form CRS (updated Dec. 8, 2023)). Read the terms that apply to you together with those documents before funding an account. Questions about which terms apply, or about a jurisdiction not confirmed on this page, go to Abra through the Contact page, and Abra will confirm the position in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Which Abra company provides my service?
Abra is the group of companies owned by Abra Financial Holdings, Inc., and each service is provided by the Abra entity identified in the applicable agreement and subject to the registrations, licences or other regulatory requirements applicable to that service each service is provided by the Abra entity that holds the registration or licence for it. Advisory services are provided by Abra Capital Management, LP, an SEC-registered investment adviser. The agreement for each product names the entity you are contracting with, so check it before you fund an account, and ask Abra through the Contact page if it is unclear.
Is Abra available in my US state?
Availability is assessed product by product against your primary address at onboarding, and advisory services, yield strategies and lending are assessed separately. If your state is not confirmed as available on this page, treat the service as unavailable and contact Abra with your state and the product you want; Abra will confirm the current position in writing before you apply. US clients are served under the US terms of service.
Can non-US residents use Abra?
In some jurisdictions, yes. Some services can be offered to residents of certain jurisdictions under the non-US terms of service, and eligibility may also depend on investor classification in your home jurisdiction. Abra does not serve residents of jurisdictions where doing so would breach sanctions, licensing or securities rules. If your country is not confirmed as available, treat the service as unavailable and contact Abra to confirm.
Why are some products restricted in certain jurisdictions?
Each product has a different legal structure, and each jurisdiction applies its own licensing, securities and sanctions rules. A yield strategy may need permissions that an advisory relationship does not, or the reverse. Abra offers a product only where it can do so in compliance with those rules, which is why one product can be available in a place where another is not, and why restrictions can be added without notice where the law requires.
What happens if I move to a jurisdiction where Abra is not available?
An existing client who moves to a restricted jurisdiction may be asked to close positions in an orderly way under the terms of their agreement. Tell Abra before you move so the timing can be planned rather than forced. Your client agreement controls what happens and over what period; if anything on this page appears to conflict with it, the agreement governs.
