BTCaf
BTCaf is a tokenized BTC yield strategy issued by AbraFi. ACM advises on and allocates BTC collateral across a diversified set of yield strategies designed to maintain substantially delta-neutral BTC exposure.

ACM advises on and allocates assets among Yield strategies designed to generate staking and protocol rewards, or delta-neutral yield, under a fiduciary framework.
Yield is variable and not guaranteed. Investing involves significant risk including loss of principal. Abra is a brand used by affiliated entities that provide different products and services. Yield strategy tokens are issued by AbraFi. Abra Capital Management, LP (“ACM”) is an SEC-registered investment adviser that provides investment advisory and investment-management services, including through separately managed accounts.
Abra manages crypto yield strategies on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and dollar stablecoins in a separately managed account under an SEC-registered adviser. Each strategy is a distinct product with its own liquidity terms and risk profile, and each has its own page. This hub routes you to the strategy that fits what you hold.

Tokenized USD yield, generated through DeFi strategies.

ETHaf is a tokenized ETH staking and yield generating product issued by AbraFi. ACM advises on and allocates ETH collateral across a diversified set of yield strategies that seek to maintain a delta-neutral position on top of staking rewards.

A systematically allocated portfolio that seeks to generate yield on SOL, BTC, ETH and stablecoins through DeFi-based protocols.
SOLaf is a tokenized SOL staking product issued by AbraFi. ACM advises on and allocates SOL collateral to a staking validator, seeking protocol staking rewards while managing applicable liquidity considerations.

This strategy seeks to generate yield with delta-neutral trade and DeFi strategies.

Abra runs six yield strategies, and each has its own page. Bitcoin Yield is delivered through BTCaf, a tokenized BTC yield strategy. Ethereum Staking is delivered through ETHaf and Solana Staking through SOLaf, with Solana validators run on Kiln infrastructure. The USDaf Dollar Yield Strategy is for stablecoin balances. XRP Yield, coming soon, is designed to earn in-kind XRP. The Abra Digital Income Strategy is Abra's multi-asset income mandate across digital assets.
The strategies share one structure and differ in what they hold. Each is a distinct product with its own liquidity terms and risk profile, all stated on the strategy page rather than here. All six are accessed through Abra Capital Management, LP, an SEC-registered investment adviser, and the strategy tokens (BTCaf, ETHaf, SOLaf, USDaf) are issued by AbraFi. Yield is variable and not guaranteed, and a strategy can lose value.
The method depends on the asset. For Ethereum and Solana, yield comes from staking and protocol rewards: the strategy stakes the asset with validators, and rewards accrue to the account. For Bitcoin, BTCaf deploys BTC collateral across a diversified set of yield strategies and is designed to maintain substantially delta-neutral BTC exposure, so the aim is to earn in kind without taking a directional view on the price of Bitcoin. The dollar strategy applies the same in-kind, delta-neutral approach to stablecoin balances.
XRP does not natively stake, so XRP Yield uses a different method, described on its page. The Abra Digital Income Strategy combines sources and is likewise described on its own page. In every case the mechanics are disclosed in the product documentation before you allocate, and Abra's team will walk through them. Delta-neutral does not mean risk-free: each strategy carries market, counterparty and, where on-chain venues are used, protocol risk.
Every yield strategy runs inside a separately managed account, or SMA, titled to you. The account is not pooled into a fund and does not sit on Abra's balance sheet. Abra Capital Management, LP manages the strategy under an advisory agreement, which gives it authority to run the strategy you select and nothing more. Assets are held in custody by Fireblocks Trust Company, LLC, with Fireblocks multi-party computation (MPC) key management, so no single party, including Abra, can move assets alone.
Abra does not rehypothecate client assets. When you allocate to BTCaf, ETHaf, SOLaf or USDaf, your asset is exchanged for the strategy's staked token (for example sBTCaf), issued by AbraFi, an ACM affiliate. Your account holds the tokens at Fireblocks Trust; AbraFi holds and deploys the underlying assets under the strategy terms, which adds counterparty and smart contract risk. Statements show positions, transfers and accruals per account, so a trustee, auditor or investment committee can see the strategy and the custodian. If you want custody without an active strategy, Vault provides that on its own.
Start from the asset. If you hold Bitcoin and want to keep the position, Bitcoin Yield (sBTCaf) is the page to read. If you hold ETH or SOL, the Ethereum Staking (sETHaf) and Solana Staking (sSOLaf) pages explain managed staking. If you hold dollar stablecoins, whether as a treasury reserve or as cash you are not ready to deploy, the USDaf Dollar Yield Strategy page applies. If you hold XRP, the XRP Yield page explains how in-kind yield works for an asset that does not stake.
If you would rather hold one mandate than several asset-specific ones, read the Abra Digital Income Strategy page. Whichever you choose, compare the liquidity terms against when you might need the balance back: assets in a strategy are subject to that strategy's redemption terms and are not as immediately available as assets in custody. The simulator lets you model an allocation before you speak to an adviser.
Yield strategies can lose value. Returns are variable, not guaranteed, and may be negative in a given period. Each strategy carries market risk on the underlying asset, counterparty risk where it relies on venues or service providers, and protocol risk where it uses on-chain infrastructure. Staking strategies carry validator and unbonding risk. Digital assets held at Abra are not bank deposits and are not FDIC or SIPC insured.
There are structural tradeoffs too. Assets in a strategy are subject to its liquidity terms, so they are less available than assets in custody. An advisory relationship adds a fee, disclosed in Form ADV and on each strategy page. Custody relies on third-party infrastructure, including Fireblocks. Read the product documentation for each strategy before allocating, and keep any balance you may need at short notice in custody rather than in a strategy.
For accredited investors and institutions. Yield strategies involve significant risk, including the potential for total loss of value.* Variable rewards: Staking rewards and protocol rewards are variable. They are not guaranteed. They can decrease, pause, or — in adverse scenarios — be reduced to zero for a period. Outcomes vary based on market and protocol conditions. Slashing risk: Validators that fail to perform or that violate protocol rules can be penalized through slashing. Slashing reduces the underlying position. ACM monitors validator performance and selects infrastructure intended to reduce slashing exposure, but the risk cannot be eliminated. Lock-up periods: Some protocols impose unbonding periods during which a position cannot be withdrawn. These periods are protocol-defined and may change. Clients should not assume immediate liquidity. Validator and infrastructure risk: Validator software, signing infrastructure, and network connectivity can fail. Failures can produce missed rewards, slashing, or operational delays. Smart contract and protocol risk: The underlying networks rely on software that can contain bugs, undergo upgrades, or be subject to governance changes outside ACM's control. Regulatory risk: Digital asset regulation continues to evolve. The SEC and CFTC issued a joint interpretive release in March 2026 classifying protocol staking of certain digital commodities as not a securities transaction (SEC Release No. 33-11412, Mar. 17, 2026). This is an interpretive release, not legislation. It can be revised. Suitability: Yield is not appropriate for clients seeking principal preservation, predictable income, or liquidity on demand. Carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before participating. Digital assets involve significant risk, including the potential for total loss of value. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Returns are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on market and protocol conditions. Staking rewards are variable and not guaranteed. They are subject to protocol risk, slashing risk, and changes in network conditions. AbraFi, which issues the *af strategy tokens, is an affiliate of Abra Capital Management. ACM and its affiliates may earn fees and other compensation from AbraFi strategies, which gives ACM an incentive to recommend them. See ACM's Form ADV Part 2A.
Abra Yield products allow individuals, RIAs, family offices, and corporate treasuries to seek to generate returns on digital assets like Bitcoin (BTCaf), Solana (SOLaf), Ethereum (ETHaf), and US dollars (USDaf, a synthetic dollar token issued by AbraFi). Instead of leaving assets idle on an exchange, clients can allocate them to on-chain and DeFi yield strategies advised by ACM, with allocations managed by ACM as applicable. Execution is effected through applicable trading venues, counterparties, and service providers.
Yield is generated through systematically managed strategies whose tokens are issued by AbraFi Labs Ltd., advised on by Abra Capital Management, LP (ACM), an SEC-registered investment adviser, which advises on and allocates eligible client assets among them. Strategies vary by asset and may include staking rewards, DeFi liquidity provision, delta-neutral trading, and lending. ACM provides information regarding the material sources of strategy returns and underlying strategy activity.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USD/USDC
Yields vary depending on market conditions, strategy, and asset type. Solana and Ethereum yields fluctuate with network staking yields and protocol rewards. Each strategy page states its own terms. All rates are variable and are not guaranteed.
Rewards, when earned, generally accrue in-kind, subject to the applicable strategy terms. If you deposit Bitcoin, rewards accrue in Bitcoin (sBTCaf). If you deposit Solana or USDC, rewards accrue in SOL or stablecoins, respectively.
Each strategy charges its own management fee on assets under management: 0.00% for Bitcoin Yield and Dollar Yield (USDaf), 1.00% for Solana Yield and Ethereum Yield, and 2.00% for the Digital Income Strategy. The fee is calculated monthly in dollars on the average daily balance, billed in arrears and collected from reserves (USDC, then BTC, then ETH). The 0.20% custody fee does not apply to assets held in a yield strategy. Any other third-party cost, if applicable, is disclosed separately.
Unlike legacy centralized lending desks, assets sit off Abra's balance sheet in client-titled, segregated managed accounts, held at Fireblocks Trust Company, LLC. Depending on the applicable strategy, ACM advises on and allocates your assets among applicable strategies and may direct transactions necessary to implement those allocations pursuant to your investment management agreement; the treatment of assets while deployed depends on the structure of each strategy. In BTCaf, ETHaf, SOLaf and USDaf, your asset is exchanged for the strategy's staked token, issued by AbraFi, an ACM affiliate; your account holds the tokens, and AbraFi holds and deploys the underlying assets under the strategy terms. Where assets are maintained through an omnibus arrangement, the account or wallet is maintained for the benefit of the underlying clients (“FBO”).
No. Yields are variable and not guaranteed, and a strategy can lose value. Rates, fees and minimums are confirmed in the advisory agreement and on each strategy page, not on this hub. Digital assets are volatile and are not FDIC or SIPC insured. An adviser can explain how a strategy has behaved in past conditions, but past performance does not predict future results.
You do not sell it for dollars. The strategies are in kind: you transfer the asset you already hold into your separately managed account, and for BTCaf, ETHaf, SOLaf and USDaf it is exchanged for the strategy's staked token, issued by AbraFi, an ACM affiliate, which earns in that asset. BTCaf is designed to keep substantially delta-neutral BTC exposure while earning, staking strategies earn rewards on the staked ETH or SOL, and XRP Yield earns in XRP. Whether a transfer into a strategy has tax consequences depends on your situation; ask your tax adviser.
ACM's full fee schedule, covering advisory fees, fees on yield strategies and collateralized borrowing, and transaction fees, is on the Fees page.
