Eddie Chung is Head of Business and Corporate Development at Abra, where he leads partnership development, DeFi integrations, institutional distribution, and inorganic growth. He brings more than 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, and strategic partnerships, spanning trading, payments, treasury, stablecoins, custody, liquidity and regulatory infrastructure. He joins Abra from Ripple, where he led corporate development including the $1 billion acquisition of GTreasury and the launch of Evernorth, a $1B+ XRP digital asset treasury company. Previously he was Head of Business Development at Kraken, Senior Principal of Corporate Development at Intuit, and a Vice President in technology M&A investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Eddie holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
