The Head of NA Account Management is responsible for building and managing a team to grow Abra’s relationships with strategic partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with senior leadership to define goals and benchmarks for activating credit and lending clients and partners
  • Build and oversee a team to manage institutional clients and partners, ranging from hedge funds, family offices to high net worth individuals, and aid them in obtaining services including Treasury Management, Institutional Borrow, and OTC Trading
  • Coordinate with teammates to manage client engagement and inquiries across functions including Sales, Risk Management, Product/Engineering, Compliance/Legal, and Finance to address client needs and inquiries
  • Ongoing dialogue and coordination with counterparties as it relates to trade activities, onboarding, due diligence/evaluation, updates and regulatory changes
  • Focus on client retention for team, opportunities to grow revenue, and building long-term partnerships
  • Evaluate team performance and provide individual feedback and guidance 

 

Key requirements

  • Experience dealing with institutional clients and partners
  • Experience leading teams
  • Capacity to understand cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrency industry landscape 
  • Good organization and planning ability
  • Ability to build and manage a team in a virtual/remote setting across time zones 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functional areas and with management of external partners

 

Preferred qualities

  • Experience with cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency markets
