A little something about abra

Abra provides users with access to a wide range of digital asset services, including trading, custody, and investment options. Our platform is designed to offer a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance. Please note that services may vary based on your region and applicable laws.

Before using any of Abra’s services, we recommend that you carefully review the terms and associated risk factors. Digital assets are volatile and may not be suitable for all investors. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

Security

When using the Abra platform, please ensure that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Account Security

To help protect your account and personal data, we recommend:

    • Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)
    • Using a strong, unique password
    • Avoiding public Wi-Fi when accessing your account
  2. Transaction Limits

Depending on your verification level, the following may apply:

    • Daily and monthly transfer limits
    • Restrictions on certain asset types
    • Additional review periods for large transactions

These measures are taken for your personal data’s security.

Our Goal

Our goal is to ensure that users have a clear understanding of how their data and assets are handled on the Abra platform. Below are two key areas where transparency is especially important:

Data Privacy and Usage

We take data privacy seriously and implement industry-standard practices to protect your information. All user data is stored in encrypted environments, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

*Please note: Abra does not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Asset Custody and Control

Your digital assets are held in secure, multi-signature wallets managed by trusted custodians. Abra does not have access to your private keys, ensuring that only you can authorize transactions.

*Please note: Abra does not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

In the event of suspicious account activity, Abra may temporarily restrict access to certain features while we investigate. This is done to protect your funds and ensure account integrity. Please visit our support center if any issues come up.

The following table outlines important platform behaviors and policies that users should be aware of when using Abra services.

How to Secure Your Abra Account

To keep your account and assets safe, we recommend following these best practices:

  1. Account security
    1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Adding a second layer of security ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password is compromised.
    2. Use a Strong and Unique Password.Choose a password that includes upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
  2. General safety
    1. Keep Your Recovery Phrases Offline. Store your wallet backup phrases in a secure physical location. Never share them digitally or store them on cloud services.
    2. Monitor Account Activity Regularly. Check your recent transactions and login history to quickly spot any unauthorized activity
    3. Be Cautious of Phishing Attempts. Abra will never ask for your password or recovery phrase via email or chat. Always double-check URLs and sender information before clicking any links.
