About the job
We are looking for a self-starter to expand Abra’s client relationships with high net worth (HNW) and institutional investors in the LATAM region including Mexico and Brazil.  You will partner with Abra’s product and marketing teams to deliver the full suite of Abra’s crypto earn, borrow and trading products, while ensuring an outstanding client experience. The role will report to the LATAM Head of Sales.


Responsibilities include:

  • Originate and close new client opportunities in the region, focused on HNW and institutional segments
  • Contribute to significant client revenue growth in the region
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Be the Abra product expert
  • Partner with internal product teams to seamlessly deliver Abra’s full suite of products
  • Partner with external referral sources


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in a sales/business development role in the HNW private banking, prime brokerage, securities lending, FX and/or crypto-related firm
  • Broad network of institutional and/or HNW relationships
  • Team player approach and ability to partner with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing and Operations.
  • Strong passion for cryptocurrency markets and the digital asset ecosystem developments
  • High energy level and willingness to engage in a fast and multi-functional role
  • Problem-solving skills to provide creative solutions for clients during fast real-time markets
  • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Crypto experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
