About the job
We are looking for a EMEA Head of Sales to launch our growth phase in the region. You will own and manage the EMEA team to drive our sales efforts to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, family offices, and institutions in the region.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of EMEA reps focused on the HNW and institutional segments.
  • Grow HNW and Institutional client revenue significantly
  • Originate and close new client opportunities in the region.
  • Be the Abra product expert
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Partner with internal product teams to seamlessly deliver Abra’s full suite of products

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring and managing a sales team
  • 5+ years of experience in sales origination, preferably in the HNW, private banking, prime brokerage, securities lending, or crypto industries.
  • Broad network of institutional and/or HNW relationships
  • Strong track record of growth
  • Crypto experience strongly preferred
  • Strong passion for cryptocurrency markets and the digital asset ecosystem developments
  • Start-up mindset: ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Team player approach: ability to partner with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing and Operations.
  • Problem-solving skills to provide creative solutions for clients during fast real-time markets
  • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
