About the Job

We’re looking for a Global Head of Sales (VP-level) to launch us into our next phase of growth. You’ll drive our sales efforts to institutions and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and family offices globally. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Build a team of global reps focused on the HNW and institutional segments
  • Grow institutional and HNW revenue significantly
  • Set up and manage the right global sales structure for Abra
  • Originate new clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to bring new products to market



We seek candidates who are passionate about cryptocurrency and have a strong desire to work in a dynamic startup environment. Successful candidates should have/be:

  • Experience hiring and managing a global sales team
  • Broad network of Institutional and/or HNW relationships
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales origination, preferably in the RIA, prime brokerage, securities lending, or crypto industries
  • Strong track record of growth
  • Crypto experience strongly preferred
  • Start-up mindset: ability to work in a dynamic team environment
