To help us do this essential work, we are looking for a high caliber Executive Assistant to support Abra’s Global Head of Sales, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Executive Assistant will have to utilize a unique skill set based on their executive’s job functions, personality, and communication style. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a “no task is too big or too small” attitude and will play a critical role in our continued growth. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage direct day-to-day support to senior leaders with schedule management, email management, expense management, travel logistics, administrative support, and ad hoc project management/event planning
  • Act as representative of executive leadership regarding internal and external relations and correspondences and screening communications 
  • Assist executive leadership in tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval
  • Arrange on- and off-site meetings, events, appointments & travel for team leadership with supporting materials as needed
  • Work as part of a team of executive assistants within the company
  • Available during East Coast hours for business-related tasks during regular business working hours and periodically during off-hours (evenings and weekends)

About You: 

  • Highly organized, self motivated, and a problem solver who can switch priorities at a moment’s notice with little to no supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
  • Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
  • Has a proactive approach to ensure the executive leadership team is informed of priorities, deadlines and challenges
  • Utilize efficient time management with the nuances of complex administrative assistance at the executive level

What You’ll Need: 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting administrative functions at the executive level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and a CRM database
  • Have the ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion
